What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?
This year, the hardest personal goal I set was to close 3 to 5 big deals — not just for the money, but for what it represents: growth, consistency, and execution.
It’s one thing to talk about goals, but it’s another to commit to them when life’s moving fast and distractions pile up. For me, “big deals” meant projects that challenged my creativity, pushed my business to a new level, and forced me to operate like the person I’m becoming — not the person I used to be.
The hardest part wasn’t finding opportunities; it was staying mentally locked in. Some days the motivation wasn’t there, or life hit harder than expected. But that’s what The Resilient Mind is about — training yourself to push through those mental walls, to stay consistent even when it feels like nothing’s happening.
Every conversation, pitch, and follow-up became a small victory. Even when deals didn’t go through, I learned how to position myself better for the next one.
So yeah, closing 3 to 5 big deals this year was my hardest goal — but it’s also the one that’s shaping me into the man and creator I’m meant to be.
